These terms govern your use of the Lala app. By using the app you agree to them.
Lala is a singing practice tool that gives real-time pitch feedback, exercises, songs and games. It is not a substitute for professional vocal instruction, and singing is at your own pace and risk — warm up, stay hydrated, and stop if it hurts.
An account is optional. If you create one, keep access to your email secure — it's how you sign in. You're responsible for activity under your account. You can stop using the app or request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
Lala is free. There is nothing to buy in the app, no subscription, and no card to enter — every exercise, song and feature is unlocked. If that ever changes, the pricing page will say so before it does, and anything we charge for will be something new rather than something taken away.
Should a paid option arrive, it would be purchased through the App Store: prices shown before purchase, with billing, renewal and cancellation handled by Apple in your App Store account settings. Where required by law, statutory refund rights apply.
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or disrupt the app or its services, and don't use it to infringe anyone else's rights.
The songbook contains traditional and public-domain works, and Lala's original exercises. The app, its design, mark and software are ours; we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the same extent, our liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
